At Inkland, we aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and with clear expectations.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location.

Standard delivery timeframes are typically:
• Metro areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details where available.

Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) where permitted by the carrier. Inkland is not responsible for loss or damage once a parcel has been delivered according to tracking information.
