Returns & Refunds Policy

At Inkland, we are committed to providing quality products and complying fully with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of printer consumables, we do not accept change of mind returns on ink or toner cartridges once the packaging has been opened.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
• Unused
• In original, sealed packaging
• In resalable condition

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:
• Is faulty or defective
• Is damaged in transit
• Is significantly different from its description
• Does not perform as intended under normal use

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging where applicable

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Compatibility Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct cartridge is selected for their printer model before purchase.

We strongly recommend using our Cartridge Finder or contacting us prior to ordering if you are unsure about compatibility.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected.
