How do I know which cartridge is right for my printer?
The easiest way is to use our Cartridge Finder at the top of the page. Simply select your printer brand, series, and model to see compatible cartridges.
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
What if I order the wrong cartridge?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing. Please check your printer model carefully or use our Cartridge Finder.
Unopened items may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
• Metro areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Yes. Orders placed before 2:00pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an opened cartridge?
No. Due to the nature of printer consumables, we do not accept returns on opened ink or toner cartridges unless the item is faulty.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
